Anna Brown  has been here at Peace
since 1996 and is dedicated to the
ministry of Peace. She is also a
member of the adult choir and
handbell choir.

Pastor Richard Genzman began his interim
pastor duties on August 21st.  A 1976
graduate of Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa,
Pastor Genzman received his Master of
Divinity degree from Trinity Lutheran
Seminary in Columbus in 1980.  Pastor
Genzman is married to his wife of over 35
years, Karen.  She is employed as a social
worker at the Monterey Care Center in Grove
City.  Pastor and Karen have three grown
children – Matthew, Sarah and Jonathan.  
Matthew lives with his wife, Jenny, in
Rochester, NY.  Sarah and her husband,
Todd, live north of Marysville and  have two
children Ethan and Owen.  Jonathan is
completing his senior year at Capital
University and is pursuing a degree in
nursing.

Pastor Genzman has served previous
parishes in Dazey and Rogers, North Dakota;
Sidney, OH; Hamilton, OH; Marysville, OH;
and Hilliard, OH before coming to Peace
Lutheran Church.  Pastor Genzman also
served as a chaplain in the Ohio Army
National Guard and retired in December
2009.  His last unit assignment was the Joint
Force Headquarters State Chaplain in
Columbus.  During his 26 year career, he
had two deployments overseas in support of
Operation Iraqi Freedom – Kuwait in 2003-
2004 and Baghdad, Iraq in 2005-2006.
