enable His Church to carry out the proclamation of this Good News, and continue His

1.  What is Simply Giving Program?
The Simply Giving program is offered by Thrivent Financial to enable Lutherans to
conveniently and consistently give their financial gifts. (EFT).

2.  Will Thrivent Financial manage all facets of the Simply Giving Program?
Thrivent Financial is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the entire Simply Giving
program, but has contracted with Vanco Services, LLC to provide administrative
services.

3.  Who is Vanco Services, LLC., and what role do they play in the Simply Giving
program?
Vanco Services, LLC is a financial - technology services company specializing in
electronic funds transfer services and credit card processing.  The company has
contracted funds transfer services and credit card processing.  The company has
contracted with Thrivent Financial to provide all administrative services associated with
the Simply Giving program.  Vanco's responsibilities include reporting as well as initiating
all Simply Giving electronic funds transfers and moving the funds directly from one
account to the other on the same day.

.  What benefits does Thrivent Financial receive for offering the Simply Giving?
Thrivent Financial does not receive any financial benefit from the operation of the
program.  The incentive for Thrivent Financial to offer the
Simply Giving program is to
further its mission of serving Lutheran congregations and institutions.

5.  Do individuals need to be members of Thrivent Financial to participate in the
program?
No.  Participation in the Simply Giving program is open to all members, friends and
students of congregations and institutions that choose to enroll in the program.

6.  Who see the information on the Member Enrollment and Authorization
Forms?
The Member Enrollment and Authorization Forms are seen by the nonprofit Lutheran
organizations enrolled in the Simply Giving program, as well as by the Vanco Services,
LLC employees who process them (Vanco Services, LLC employees are bonded and
have signed confidentiality agreements.)  In addition, participant name and address
information may be provided to Thrivent Financial.  Participant information will not be
shared with any other organizations.

7.  How is the Simply Giving program different from a local bank offering
electronic transfer?
The Simply Giving program allows Thrivent Financial to fulfill its mission of serving
Lutheran congregations, institutions and individuals.  In addition, Simply Giving provides
promotional materials to help make the program successful for your organization  Most
bank sponsored EFT programs provide only the service of transfering funds.

8.  How much does the program cost?
All Simply Giving transaction fees will be paid by Thrivent Financial as their gift to the
Lutheran community, and Peace.  It is Thrivent Financial's intent to fund these transaction
fees indefinitely.  However, this program is a fraternal benefit, not a guaranteed
contractual benefit.  The possibility exists that participating congregations and institutions
will need to pay some or all of the program costs in the future.

9.  Is there any charge for program materials?
Thrivent Financial provides program materials to participating congregations and
institutions at no charge.
