We are honored that you are visiting our web site.
For us each day represents a re-freshing start with God.
We extend that Spirit of joy and God's love and
forgiveness to you. We all need that affirmation daily.
We were all created to be connected to others, to belong,
to be part of a family. No matter what stage of life, you
will find a warm welcome in rediscovering your purpose
in life and strengthening your spiritual foundations here.
Peace is made up of people like you, from the Crawford, Morrow and Richland
County. We dress comfortably throughout the year for worship. Some of our people
wear jeans and T-Shirts, others suits and ties during worship. We are pretty informal as is
Pastor Ron!
Certainly you are invited following our 9 a. m. worship to Fellowship Hall for a Bible Study
for adults and older teens. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our Lord's
purpose for us in life. For sure life is about relationships and now is the time and here is the
practice playing field for eternal life. If we get along learning and worshiping now will we
certainly can look forward to being with Him who loves us. He gives us a purpose driven life.
People who visit Peace describe our worship services as
" creative, passionate, surprising, expressive, relevant,
warm, and engaging." This is where something good
is always about to happen!
Most of our people realize that self help methods fall short- and like you, so many people
here are tired of focusing on ourselves all the time, anyway. If that describes you too, well
possibly this is the place for you to re-discover Life. Here is where you find out the core of
who you really are. Why do we exist? What is it that we hope to accomplish. What are
essential beliefs. Where are we to serve? Our small groups are a great way to experience
the Christian faith here. We call them S.A.L.L.T small groups.
We enjoy a wide variety of music styles,
instrumentalists, and concerts, show the variety of
faith expressions here worshiping our Savior
Jesus. Together scripture readings and prayers all
aimed at glorifying our great God and Father. We
proclaim the crucified and resurrected Lord
Jesus Christ. This is what we celebrate each
Sunday! You too will experience Christ's love here.
Our Christian maturity is demonstrated more by behavior than by talk alone! Worship
and social responsibility go together for people of faith. It is helping others like preparing
20,000 meals for "Kids Against Hunger" recently. It is in disasters like the Gulf Oil Disaster,
Hati and Katrina, and locally Cooperative Christian Services that we not only pray, study the
Bible and say words of comfort, but we roll up our sleeves and help and give of the gifts our
Lord gives us a new each day. It is faith in action.
If you have worshiped together with us and are ready to B.E.L.O.N.G. We can assist you
in taking the next step.
The best way to get connected and experience life together with others at Peace is to start
worshiping regularly, and even consider becoming a part of a small group. The message is
that we are all unique but when we are connected with others amazing things can happen.
